Photocathode Processing Equipment
Ultra High Vacuum Bakeable System for evaporation processing is designed to manufacture special vacuum sealed off devices in an oil free clean ultra-high vacuum conditions. The system is capable of achieving vacuum level of 10-8 mbar after a bake-out at 4000 C for over 8 hour. Substrate preparation Equipment
The use of plasma is an effective way to clean without using hazardous solvents. Plasma is an ionized gas capable of conducting electricity and absorbing energy from an electrical supply. When a gas absorbs electrical energy, its temperature increases causing the ions to vibrate faster and „scrub“ a surface. HARDER.digital Plasma cleaning systems are an effective way to remove small amounts of contaminants from a substrate surface and to prepare it for an evaporation processing. Thermal Imaging Modules
HARDER.digital has developed thermal imaging modules based on uncooled microbolometer FPA. Implementation of operation algorithm without temperature thermostabilization and without electromechanical shutter (TEC-less/Shutter-less algorithm) enable HARDER.digital to develop Low Energy consumption Modules with highest performance parameters. Modules have standard analogue TV CCIR output and specialized serial digital interface for connecting with computer or with external controller for control and real-time video data transmission.
